Closing is a little like giving blood: there are lots of forms to sign, it hurts a little, and if there aren’t cookies and soda, we might just leave! (Just kidding!)

It’s Closing Day!

This is the day we’ve been working so hard to reach. Sometimes Closing is light; other times it can be stressful.

On Closing day, you will be signing a lot of forms. If you are closing a loan at the same time, you will be signing double the forms. Don’t worry, the title company’s closer and SampronSisters will walk you through each and every form so that you understand everything you set your hand to at the closing table. Remember, we’re there for you long after the ink is dry!
