They are VERY honest and trustworthy, we were 110% satisfied with their performance, and yes, we will be using them again (probably as early as next week).

They were very considerate of our budget, needs, and wants when looking for a home to show us. In the past we worked with a realtor who would show us anything, no matter how far off from our needs / wants it was, in hopes of selling a house. You won't have that with either of these ladies. I'm going to guess that we looked at around 15 houses with them (not including the many that they researched and discussed with us, without a physical showing) before finding the one we purchased.

We were bidding on a bank foreclosure which needed a lot of work but would have worked really well for our family, and Kathy and Carrie both brought in their own resources to present bids to the bank in order to get them to lower the price. They have both great negotiating skills, vast knowledge of the business and of homes, and lots of common sense. They provided documentation to show the bank how much money in would cost us to make the home safe and livable. When the bank wouldn't lower the price as much as we'd hoped, Kathy and Carrie were not afraid to advise us to walk away from the house, as we'd be putting more money into it than we had budgeted and probably would not see a return on the investment. Our past realtor would NEVER have advised us to walk away from a sale that would have resulted in a larger commission for her, but the Sampron sisters consistently put our best interest ahead their own. It was no fault of Kathy or Carrie that the bank didn't lower to the price we were hoping, as we were asking for a very large reduction and the "bank people" didn't have the common sense that our realtor(s) do. [Example: The home needed new windows throughout; many upstairs were broken and wouldn't stay open, or were broken and wouldn't open. This is an obvious safety issue, but the bank didn't agree. Their suggestion, in case of a fire, was that our (small) children could just break a window. Seriously, you can't make this stuff up.]
